This is a novelty language for Paramedic Letters. It's just English but engrished using Google Translate.

Install instructions
1. Extract using 7-zip
2. Go to Start Menu>All Programs>Melancholy>Games>Paramedic Letters>PL Program Files
3. Go to Data>Languages
4. Move the GoogleTranslate folder that you extracted to the Paramedic Letters languages folder
5. Run Paramedic Letters (If you didn't enable "Do not show content warning for this computer/phone/tablet/console" checkmark, accept the warning)
6. Wait until Melancholy splash ends
7. Select Menu and select Settings
8. Go to Language
9. Select Google Translate
10. You've finally fucked up the game
